This Privacy Policy explains how Mobcrown (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Arrow Knot: Escape Puzzle (“the App”) on iOS and Android. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Summary
- Arrow Knot has no user accounts. We never ask for your real name, email address, phone number or a password.
- Your game progress, coins, settings and the player name you choose are stored on your device.
- The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, in-app purchases and leaderboards. These services collect device identifiers and usage data as described below.
- Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalized or before tracking. You can change your choices at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
2. Who is responsible
The App is published by Mobcrown, which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@mobcrown.com.
3. Information stored only on your device
The App keeps the following on your device: game progress (unlocked levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives, Piggy Bank balance), your purchases, the player name and avatar you pick in your profile, and settings such as language, sound, music, haptics, reminders and your privacy choices. This information is not sent to us. Deleting the App deletes it, which means unspent coins and boosters cannot be recovered.
4. Information collected automatically
When you use the App, we and the providers listed in Section 7 collect the following:
- Identifiers: the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android; IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking), the identifier for vendors (IDFV) on iOS, the Android App Set ID, the Firebase installation ID and the device ID created by Adjust.
- Device and network data: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, app version, connection type and IP address. The IP address is used to estimate your country or city. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- Gameplay data: when you start, complete or fail a level, together with the level number, time spent, stars, lives left, number of boosters used and, for a failed level, the reason (time, lives or no moves) and how many times you have failed it; which booster you used on which level; rewarded ads you watched; daily gift and Piggy Bank claims; and taps on levels you have already completed.
- Advertising data: ads shown, clicked and rewarded, the ad network and format, and the revenue generated by each ad.
- Purchase data: product, price, currency, transaction ID and receipt. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or bank details.
- Attribution data: the advertising network, campaign and creative that led to your install, and in-app events and revenue that measure how campaigns perform.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports, stack traces, device state at the time of the crash and short technical logs (for example the current level number).
Leaderboards (Game Center and Google Play Games)
If you are signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) on your device, the App signs you in automatically at launch. Apple or Google then shares your player ID and display name with the App, and the App submits your highest completed level to the leaderboard. Your display name and score can be seen by other players under the visibility settings of your Game Center or Play Games account. You can sign out in your device settings at any time.
Time check
To stop timers and daily rewards from being misused by changing the device clock, the App asks a public time server (google.com, cloudflare.com or timeapi.io) for the current time. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address to that server; no other data is sent.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
5. How we use information and our legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK, LGPD) |
|---|---|
| Running the game, saving progress, delivering and restoring purchases | Performance of our agreement with you (the Terms of Service) |
| Analytics to understand gameplay, balance level difficulty and improve the App (Firebase Analytics) | Our legitimate interest in improving the App |
| Detecting and fixing crashes (Firebase Crashlytics) | Our legitimate interest in a stable App |
| Changing game settings remotely without an update (Firebase Remote Config) | Our legitimate interest in operating the App |
| Showing non-personalized ads so the App can stay free | Our legitimate interest in funding the App |
| Showing personalized ads and accessing the advertising identifier for tracking | Your consent (consent form and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency) |
| Measuring where installs come from and how campaigns perform (Adjust, Adapty) | Our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it |
| Sending reminders on your device | Your consent (the operating system’s notification permission) |
| Preventing fraud and misuse, complying with law | Legitimate interest and legal obligations |
| Answering your messages and requests | Legitimate interest and legal obligations |
6. Advertising and your choices
Arrow Knot is free and funded by ads. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay, a mediation service that requests ads from Google AdMob, Liftoff Monetize, Pangle and Unity Ads. The App shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and asks networks to serve content suitable for a general audience. These networks may collect the data in Section 4 directly from your device to show, limit and measure ads and, if you allow it, to personalize them.
- Consent form: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states, the App shows a consent or privacy-choices form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads load. You can change your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings. Your choices are passed to every ad network.
- iOS – App Tracking Transparency: the App reads the IDFA only if you allow tracking. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android – Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
- Remove ads: the No Ads purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads stay available only if you choose to watch them.
- Reminders: turn reminders off in Settings → Reminders or in your device’s notification settings. Reminders are scheduled on your device; we do not use push notification servers.
- Uninstalling the App stops all collection.
7. Service providers
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:

| Google AdMob | Advertising | policies.google.com |
| Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) | Advertising | liftoff.io |
| Pangle (ByteDance) | Advertising | pangleglobal.com |
| Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) | Advertising | unity.com |
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) | Analytics, crash reports, remote settings | firebase.google.com |

8. When information is shared
We share information only with the providers above, when the law requires it (for example a valid court order), to protect our rights and the safety of users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing ad networks to collect identifiers to personalize ads may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some US state laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can opt out in Settings → Privacy Settings (where offered), by limiting tracking on iOS, or by deleting your advertising ID on Android.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the transfer mechanisms set out in Turkish (KVKK) and Brazilian (LGPD) law.
10. How long we keep information
Data on your device stays there until you delete the App. Analytics, crash, attribution and purchase data are kept by our providers for the retention periods set in their services and only as long as needed for the purposes above; after that they are deleted or anonymized. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example tax records for purchases).
11. Children
Arrow Knot is a puzzle game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in your country (up to 16 in the EEA). The App asks ad networks to serve only content suitable for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at info@mobcrown.com and we will delete it.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK, Brazil’s LGPD or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know whether we process your data and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights;
- complain to your data protection authority (for example your local authority in the EU, the KVKK Board in Turkey or the ANPD in Brazil).
To make a request, email info@mobcrown.com. Because the App has no accounts, we can only find your data through the identifiers in Section 4. Please include the platform (iOS or Android) and, if possible, your advertising ID. We answer within 30 days, or sooner if your local law requires it.
13. Deleting your data
You can delete all data stored on your device by deleting the App. To also have data held by us and our providers deleted, email info@mobcrown.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, the App name (Arrow Knot), your platform and, if available, your advertising ID. We will delete or anonymize the data and forward the request to the providers that support it within 30 days. Purchase records that we must keep by law are excluded.
14. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and we limit access to the analytics and service dashboards to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know in the App or the store listing.
