Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how mobCrown Studio ("we", "us") handles information when you play Voxel Dash (the "Game") on iOS and Android. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number inside the Game.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (levels, coins, unlocked characters, settings) is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to our servers. Deleting the Game deletes this data.

2. Information collected by third-party services

The Game uses the following services, which may collect information from your device under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising) – shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. May collect device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. Google Privacy Policy
• Adjust (attribution and analytics) – measures app installs, the source of installs and in-game events such as starting, failing and completing levels and watching rewarded ads. May collect device identifiers, IP address, device and OS information. Adjust Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics and Remote Config (Google) – Crashlytics collects crash reports and technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, app state at the time of the error, an installation identifier). • Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android) – if you sign in, your player name and your highest completed level are sent to the leaderboard and visible to other players. Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy

3. Tracking and your choices

• iOS: the Game asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device's Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
• You can sign out of Game Center or Play Games at any time from your device settings or the respective app.

4. How the information is used

To show and measure ads, understand how the Game is found and played, fix crashes, keep the Game up to date, and operate leaderboards. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the Game.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, KVKK or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not store personal information on our own servers, most requests are handled through the third-party services listed above; contact us and we will help you with your request.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
