This Privacy Policy explains how MobCrown ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game Real Scale (the "App") on iOS and Android. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
1. Summary
- Real Scale has no user accounts. We never ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or password.
- Your game progress, settings and purchases are stored on your device.
- The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reports, attribution, in-app purchases and leaderboards. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data as described below.
- Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalised ads or tracking. You can change your choices at any time.
2. Who is responsible
The App is published by MobCrown. For any question or request about your data, contact us at info@mobcrown.com.
3. Information stored on your device
The App keeps the following on your device only: game progress (levels, XP, coins, scores, Daily results and streaks), owned and equipped items, purchase records and settings such as language, sound and haptics. We do not receive this data. Deleting the App deletes it.
4. Information collected by third-party services
The App contains software from the companies listed below. When you use the App, they may collect information directly from your device and process it under their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (advertising)
- Purpose: showing banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud.
- Data: advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your choices before personalised ads are shown.
- Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Adjust (attribution and measurement)
- Purpose: understanding which campaigns bring installs, measuring in-app events and ad revenue, preventing fraud.
- Data: advertising identifier (if available), IDFV on iOS, Google Play install referrer on Android, IP address, device and app information, in-app events (for example finishing a game or a purchase) and ad revenue.
- Privacy policy: https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
- Purpose: understanding how the game is played so we can improve it, fixing crashes, and changing app settings (such as ad frequency or required updates) without an app update.
- Data: app instance and installation identifiers, in-app events (for example games started and finished, screens opened, purchases started), device model, operating system, app version, language, country derived from the IP address, and crash reports (stack traces and device state at the time of a crash).
- Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Adapty (in-app purchases)
- Purpose: validating and restoring purchases and delivering what you bought.
- Data: an anonymous Adapty profile identifier, store transaction details (product, date, price, currency, store transaction ID), device and app information.
- Adapty forwards purchase events to Adjust so we can measure revenue.
- Privacy policy: https://adapty.io/privacy
Apple App Store and Google Play (payments)
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card or bank details.
Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android) (leaderboards)
- Purpose: the Daily Scale leaderboard.
- Data: your platform player identifier, display name and avatar, and your Daily scores. Your display name and scores are visible to other players on the leaderboard. Signing in is optional and managed by Apple or Google.
- Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ – Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Tracking and your choices
- iOS: the App asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared and ads are not personalised with it. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads).
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: you can review or change your consent at any time in the App under Settings > Privacy choices.
- The App works offline; ads, analytics, purchases and leaderboards need an internet connection.
6. Why we process data (legal bases)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- your consent, for personalised advertising and tracking (you can withdraw it at any time);
- our legitimate interests, for analytics, crash reports, fraud prevention and keeping the App working and secure;
- the performance of a contract, for delivering and restoring purchases;
- legal obligations, where applicable (for example tax and accounting records of purchases kept by the stores).
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, who process it to provide their services, and with authorities if the law requires it. In some US states, using advertising identifiers for personalised ads can count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information; you can opt out with the tracking and Advertising ID settings described in section 5.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. They use safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Retention
Data stored on your device stays until you delete the App. Third-party services keep data for the periods set in their own policies and settings (for example, Firebase Analytics keeps event data for a limited period and Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days). We do not keep any separate copy of this data.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the App has no accounts, most data is linked only to random device identifiers. To make a request, write to info@mobcrown.com; we will help you and forward the request to the relevant service provider. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Real Scale is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at info@mobcrown.com and we will take steps to delete it.
12. Security
We use the security measures of trusted service providers, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the App or on the store page.
