These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MobCrown ("we", "us") for the mobile game Gridexa: Block Puzzle (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App if you are old enough to accept these Terms in your country, or with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is then responsible for your use of the App and any purchases.
3. Coins and other virtual items
- Coins, boosters, themes, the piggy bank and other in-game items are virtual items. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold; they are part of the licence in section 1.
- Your progress and virtual items are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, in your cloud save. If you delete the App, reset or lose your device without a cloud save, your progress and items may be lost and cannot be restored by us. Permanent purchases can be restored as described in section 4.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and game features, for example to fix errors or improve the game.
4. In-app purchases
- The App is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases: Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, coin packs, booster packs, the piggy bank, limited-time offers and seasonal packs. The App has no loot boxes or random paid rewards.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase and may include taxes. Offers may be limited in time and may differ between players.
- Remove Ads removes banner, interstitial and app-open ads. Rewarded ads stay available as an optional way to earn rewards.
- Permanent purchases (Remove Ads and the theme in the Starter Pack) can be restored on another device signed in to the same Apple or Google account with "Restore purchases" in the Shop or in Settings. Coins, boosters and other consumable items cannot be restored through the store once delivered; themes and progress kept in your cloud save return when you sign in to the same Game Center or Google Play Games account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, the related items may be removed.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads that give in-game rewards when watched to the end. Rewards are only granted when the ad network confirms the view. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote.
6. Leaderboards and cloud save
The Endless and Daily leaderboards and cloud save use Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). Your display name and scores are visible to other players. Signing in is optional and governed by Apple's or Google's terms. We may remove scores that we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating, manipulation or errors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified versions of the App, exploit bugs, change your device clock to gain rewards, interfere with the App, its services or other players, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or end your access to features such as leaderboards if you break these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (including Apple, Google, AdMob, Firebase, Adjust and Adapty) that have their own terms and privacy policies. How we and these services handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, levels, artwork, text, sounds, music and software, is owned by MobCrown or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Typefaces and some sound effects are used under their open licences.
10. Updates and availability
We may update the App, add or remove features, or stop offering it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MobCrown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and MobCrown only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims or intellectual property infringement claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or us. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 3, 9, 11, 12 and 15) survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the App or on the store page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
