Mobcrown ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes casual and puzzle mobile applications, including Arrow Knot. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Checks network availability before initiating network requests to improve reliability.
VIBRATE Provides haptic feedback during gameplay interactions. No data is collected.
com.android.vending.BILLING Required by Google Play to enable In-App Purchases.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID Accesses the Google Advertising ID for personalized advertising and attribution measurement.

Usage Key Reason
NSUserTrackingUsageDescription We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to enable personalized advertising via the IDFA. If you deny, non-personalized ads are served and the IDFA is not accessed. You may change this setting at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Our Services are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and certain other jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.

In full compliance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, you may request the deletion of all data associated with your gameplay session and device at any time.

To request deletion of your data:

  1. Send an email to info@mobcrown.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the application name (Arrow Knot) and, if available, your Device Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA) to help us locate your records accurately.
  3. We will permanently delete or anonymize all associated data within thirty (30) days of receiving and verifying your request.

10. Data Retention & Security

We retain analytics, crash, and attribution data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.

We implement industry-standard technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
